Description:
A family company from north-west Poland has been operating in the food industry for over 25 years. They specialise in seafood handling and processing.
The firm is offering hand-peeled, cold-water shrimps. Shrimps that are hand-peeled look and taste better than the mechanically-peeled ones. As the production facility is located near a seaport and fisheries, the offered shrimps are also very fresh. Safety and the highest quality of the product have been recognised and confirmed by the International Featured Standards (IFS) certificate. They've also got the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certificate which rewards sustainable fishing practices, thus confirming that the offered products are manufactured in an environment-friendly manner.
The company holds a strong, stable position on the Polish market and now would like to access the foreign ones in order to make a full use of its production capacities. Therefore they are offering cooperation under distribution services agreement and subcontracting to companies dealing in food products. Distributors will be responsible for promoting the product and for selling it to the final customers. Under subcontracting, the role of a partner will be to engage the firm in its activity by delegating a part of his previous obligations, i.e. the task of supplying shrimps, to the company. In both cases, a partner will be expected to specify the order (requested quantity, delivery schedules etc.). In turn, the company will provide the shrimps that are ready for trade and/or further processing.
