An Italian-based company specialized in heavy and medium-heavy metal working is looking for partners interested in machine frames, beams, metal structures to establish cooperation through manufacturing agreements

With more than 50 years of experience in the metalworking field, this Italian SME, based in the Marche region, in the center of Italy, is specialized in metalworking, mechanical processing, sandblasting and painting of mid and mid-large semi-finished steel and iron products such as finished machine frames, beams and metal structures ready to be inserted in machines' assembly lines . The manufacturing process is performed according to drawings sent by customers. The equipment and the qualifications of the company’s engineering department guarantee the perfect handling of production orders and achieve the highest efficiency. Its qualified welding department takes care of welding of mid-large steel and iron components. For machining programming, the mastercam software is used. The company is equipped with no 3 moving column milling machines, no 2 portal milling machines, a measuring machine and a sandblasting cabin. Paint application is performed by airless pumps, air mix spray systems and epoxy, acrylic and polyurethane paints are used. Special paints with a high corrosion resistance against specific weather conditions could also be used. Coat thickness is checked both during the painting process and on the dry coat. All painted products are going to be dried in an oven (length 34 m, width 7 m and height 4 m). The company would like to sell its semi-finished steel and iron products abroad to expand its business in the European markets. For this reason, it is looking for foreign potential partners operating in the following sectors: woodworking machinery, milling machines, automotive, glass machines, marble machines looking for semi-finished mid and mid-large components made of steel and iron to be inserted in their machines' assembly lines.
