Italian company with an innovative appliance for waste separation and collection is looking for a partner to establish a joint venture

Southern Italy small company - specialised in precision mechanical engineering - has developed an innovative appliance for separate waste collection. The appliance can differentiate and compact up to 7 types of waste: paper, plastic, wet waste, etc. Company aim is to offer a new and impacting solution for private household use, hospitals, schools, companies, and other similar organisations. The innovative solution designed for the appliance was also patented in Italy: the patent deadline is in the year 2035. The company is looking for an industrial partner with financial capacity to establish a joint venture agreement. The partner must jointly bear the investments costs and develop the prototype appliance designed by the Italian company. The industrial partner will be entitled to be an exclusive producer for European market, too. The company has already estimated the cost of the development program: around one million Euro for industrialization prototyping, testing, certifications, European patent, technical documentation preparation. The company would also access to European Investment Bank financial instruments to support its business: the investment topic (innovation, circular economy, sustainability ) is nowadays relevant too.
