Description:
This Italian company was founded in 2020 and it is specialized in the food sector with the activities of catering services and production and sale of gastronomic specialties packaged in ATM (Modified Atmosphere). The entire production activity takes place within its own cooking center, equipped to offer multiple answers to the different questions generated by the lunch break. The cooking center is spread over an area of about 1200 square meters and has a production capacity of about 2000 meals/production cycle. The plant is equipped with CE stamp recognition and inside every activity is carried out in absolute compliance with HACCP procedures.
For what concerns the frozen dishes, these are ready-made dishes (already cooked), made with quality raw materials and preferably seasonal, selected at the origin.
Their production involves traditional preparation and cooking methods, then there is vacuum packaging using special machines, then the temperature is lowered and consequently the freezing takes place, bringing the product to -18 ° C / -30 ° C, managing to maintain its organoleptic properties as well as its quality and taste unaltered, giving it a shelf-life of 15 months.
The product must be stored in the freezer at minus 22°C, and once defrosted it must not be refrozen and must be consumed within 24 hours of defrosting, keeping it in the fridge.
Moreover, the gastronomic specialties are excellent natural products, obtained from quality and preferentially seasonal raw materials, selected at the origin. Their production process involves cooking with traditional methods, followed by a rapid reduction of the temperature to 0°C /+ 4°C and immediate packaging with a heat-sealing machine that creates the vacuum with the introduction of gas (70% of Nitrogen + 30% carbon dioxide): this is packaging in ATM (Modified Atmosphere). The packaged product can be kept in the fridge at a T between +2°C/+4°C and has a shelf-life of about 22-25 days. The specialties are packaged in single and multi-portion and are ideal for bars, bathing establishments, pubs, companies, cafeterias etc. Orders for refrigerated products will be processed with two different types of deliveries: with refrigerated vehicles within a 50km radius from the headquarters; by certified express courier that guarantees delivery throughout Italy within 24-48 working hours. The company can also guarantee the maintenance of the cold chain for international shipments as it uses an external company, specialized in transport and agri-food logistics. The maintenance of the cold chain from departure to delivery is always guaranteed.
The range of products includes:
- Appetizers: seafood salad, octopus salad, vegetarian spelled salad, seafood spelled salad, black rice with shrimps and courgettes, chicken salad, rice salad.
- First courses: lasagna alla Bolognese, eggplant parmesan, orecchiette with tomato and turnips, cavatelli with seafood, mashed beans and vegetables, seafood risotto, penne all'arrabbiata, linguine with seafood, vegetarian lasagna, pasta with beans and mussels.
- Second courses: roast meat, Milanese cutlet, meatballs with sauce, meat stew, horse and chicken strips, Catalan swordfish, octopus alla pignata, meat and fish burgers, sepia potatoes and mint, escalopes with mushrooms , fillet of sea bass.
