Linux and Windows server management, data security management, Cloud solutions also hybrid, IT technical assistance, office IT organization, networks and cabling and software application development. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) makes it mandatory for some organizations to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO), an expert in data protection law and practice.
The GDPR allows the role of a DPO to be filled using an external service provider. The potential partner would choose to but the entire system or just to connect with the cooperative as an external DPO. The potential client would rely on expertise in data protection laws and practices to:
- inform and advise organization and employees on GDPR requirements;
- monitor client's compliance with the GDPR;
- obtain Advice on Data Protection Impact Assessments (which become mandatory under the GDPR for certain activities);
- collaborate with and act as a designated point of contact for the DPA.
The configuration requires the use of at least two servers and a number of hard drives, which depends on the amount of space needed to meet data storage needs.
