The firm is now looking to expand its business abroad, looking for services outsourcing agreements with partners in needs of its engineering services. The sought partners should then agree on the kind of services provided by the Italian SME and engaging in long-term cooperation whose details has to be decided previously by the involved parties. This is the more general form of cooperation proposed by the Italian firm, and ideally will be formalized in an MoU at first.
The Italian SME is also open to temporary joint/consortium agreements if specifically needed to participate in public tenders or to answer to requests from private parties operating under similar basis. The agreement between the parties can indicate the activities executed jointly to develop a specific national or regional market, whereas in this case, the firm will operate mainly in a function of support. The sought partner should then identify the opportunity and actively manage the bureaucratic aspects while being supported by the Italian SME in the operative development of the project.
