The winery created in 1890 is a family company located in the Piedmont region, North West of Italy. The ancient vineyards grow in Monferrato hills, recently recognized World Heritage Site for its beautiful vineyard landscape. Thanks to its five generations experience, the winery puts care and attention in the vineyard farming, grown according to ancient tradition. All wines respect quality label defined under Italian wine law, that certifies the origin and high-quality wines. DOCG stands for Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin and is the highest designation of quality among Italian wines. DOC stands for Denomination of Controlled Origin. The core business of the company is Barbera d'Asti DOCG. Super selection of grapes for this really high body with 18-24 months of aging in new French barrels.
