The company – which is an SME located in Northern Italy – has extensive experience in the field of efficient management of building systems and is looking for cooperation with agents and/or distributors in foreign markets.
The company can provide a complete range of solutions for automation, management, and supervision of building technological systems. In particular, it develops HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) control systems.
It provides also field devices: these devices can be stand-alone products such as sensors, valves, actuators, till gas safety such as detectors sensors and again gas valves (solenoid).
Customizations - both of the systems and of the products - are developed through the in-house engineering resources and technologies are also designed and manufactured in Italy by the company itself, thanks to distinctive R&D expertise and a manufacturing facility.
Its web supervision platform – which is available under a license – allows live control of all the equipment installed inside the building, including third parties ones.

In order to expand the company’s customers, the SME is open to assessing the applications from sales agencies and distributors that could guarantee a deep market penetration and relevant leads generation.
The partner will act as an agent or distributor representing the products of the Italian SME and selling them in its country and/or other countries that it covers.
