Description: 
Small Italian eco-social start-up, working in the agrofood sector, is engaged in a project of rural regeneration to protect the cultural and natural heritage of the Amalfi Coast. This is a region with a very strong cultural and natural identity that is reflected also in its cultivated and selvage plant varieties. Since then, they have developed a portfolio of products in form of artisanal tomato conserves, exploiting the Fiascone tomato. This type of tomato is very old and typical of the Amalfi Coast and is considered the progenitor of the San Marzano tomato. In 2020, they started to work on a scale up to include more products and conserves and open an artisanal transformation facility (laboratory). In a nutshell the laboratory has to • transform the tomatoes in conserves • find new products to introduce on the market. The identification of new products is important for the exploitation of the typical terraces of the Amalfi Coast throughout the year. The final goal of the start-up is the recovery of the territory, the safety and care of the terraces and the enhancement of the typical products of "made in Italy" and the Amalfi Coast. The Italian company is already engaged in trans-national cooperation with foreign partners, in particular from Canada and USA. They are seeking for - distribution services agreement related to the products already on the market, in order to enter in new markets or expand the foreign ones where is already there; - financial agreement to boost up the laboratory and expand their kinds of products. The ideal partner is an investor that believes strongly in this kind of company and its vision.
