Description:
A Korean SME specialized in recycled textile material with more than 45 years of experience with fiber manufacturing has recently developed two types of recycled staple fiber with fine fiber and a short fiber mixed with Tri-fluke fiber(TFF) and hollow fiber.
● Product 1: Recycled short staple fiber with functional fine fiber for down replacement
-Fiber diameter: 1.4.Denier~3Denier
-Fiber length: 22mm~76mm (Various lengths can be supplied according to customer's request.)
-Fiber composition: 100% polyester
-Description: It is the first antibacterial recycle short fiber product in Korea which can be used for vegan padding and spun yarn for clothing. It maintains antibacterial properties even after washing more than 30 times. The product maintains color and quality equivalent to virgin products.
● Product 2: A functional recycled short staple fiber mixed with a different cross-section and a hollow fiber
-Fiber diameter: 6 Denier~15 Denier
-Fiber length: 32mm~76mm
-Fiber composition: 100% polyester
-Description: The product is a mixture of hollow fiber with high hollowness and deformed yarns in equal proportions for excellent performance. It is the first product released worldwide that possesses sound absorption and insulation capability using 100% waste plastic bottles.
Both products have completed functional and performance tests and are currently on sale for the domestic market.
