The Czech company has developed a first on-line psychodiagnostic software as an instrument for the needs of psychological work with a focus on human resource management and work performance. The software offered measures the area of a person’s attitude to work as well other values in life. The user can see in time fatigue and burnout syndrome, as key elements which limitates hinder performance. Risk factors in performance means a higher level of danger, rather than a performance limit.
The software is offered as a service available in many languages via the company website. The final price of a service is calculated individually. It reflects the price for the system renting or buying credits. A part of the offer are also a quantity discount and bonus outputs according to the client´s choice. The price of one credit is determined by the amount of the purchased credits and reflects a complex output according to the so-called competency models of performance (KMV) model, that can be combined and edited.
