Summary:
A French SME has specialised in micro anaerobic digestion for farmers exploitations and small agrofood plants. The company is urgently seeking a partner with proven and reliable solution to separate bioCH4 and CO2 during the production process of biogas in small installations with flow rates from 5 up to 30 Nm3/h. A private company or an academic partner is sought for a commercial agreement with technical assistance, a technical cooperation agreement or a licence agreement.
Description:
The French innovative SME develops and sells micro anaerobic digestion modular systems to treat effluents from farmers exploitations (breeding) and small agrofood plants (milkery, brewery...).
In order to enhance its service to its customers, the company is acitvely looking for a technical solution for upgrading the produced biogas mostly into biomethane and carbon dioxyde. The bioCH4 should be purified to around 95% as it is not intended to be fed back into the network and the CO2 should be valorised.
A commercial agreement with technical assistance or a technical cooperation agreement is sought with any private or public tech-provider of such a technical solution. A licence Agreement could be discussed with a patent owner.
Type (e.g. company, R&D institution…), field of industry and Role of Partner Sought:
Any type of private or public partner (SME, MNE, university, technical centre, inventor...) able to provide the said technical solution.
A commercial agreement with technical assistance is sought in case of technology already on the market. The partner will provide the French SME with support for implementing the solution and onsite training.
A technical cooperation agreement is sought with tech-providers in case of technology available for demonstration. The French SME is open to start jointed R&D activities with the partner in order to adapt the solution to their specific needs.
A licence agreement is possible with owners of patented technology to upgrade biogas.
Technical Specification or Expertise Sought:
The French SME is looking for a solution calibrated for biogas flow rates between 5 and 30 Nm3 / h, and with a composition such as:
- CH4: between 55 and 75%
- CO2: between 25 and 45%
- Low amounts of H2S, O2 and H2O
In the end, the CH4 should be purified to around 95% as it is not intended to be fed back into the network.
The SME wishes to receive the price of the proposed solution, its operating and maintenance costs, as well as the technology used.
Stage of Development:
Already on the market
Comments Regarding Stage of Development:
