A Macedonian manufacturer of plastic children’s toys is looking for partners for distribution services agreement, commercial agency and manufacturing agreements

The Macedonian company is a leading toy manufacturer at the national market, producing variety of children’s toys for almost 30 years. Most of the production is exported (98%) with the company’s products being sold globally: in Europe, Asia, Australia, North and South America, and South Africa. The production facility is fully equipped with modern, new equipment with oldest machine being used for five years. The company’s machine park includes 4 rotational machines, 10 injection moulding machines, CNC workshop, 3 printing machines (including pad printing), and 1 blow-moulding machine. The main products: 1) plastic toys such as bucket sets, trucks, spinners, bowling sets, cubes and tableware; 2) licensed, OEM (original equipment manufacturer) ordered and PVC balls in different sizes and quantities, including fully printed or decorated balls; and 3) other plastic products such as street lamps and different accessories. For the purpose of more efficient utilisation of its production capacity, the company is interested in entering new markets or increasing presence into existing ones by expanding its customers base (mainly retail chains and major toy stores). To achieve this, the company seeks to establish long term partnership with distributors or commercial agents in Europe and beyond, offering its wide range of standardised products. The Macedonian manufacturer is already experienced in exporting, possessing adequate knowledge in the market and regulatory requirements for the offered goods that is well suited to facilitate the future cooperation. If needed, the company can also customise the products according to the market or customers preferences. Partnership with other toy manufacturers is also sought where the Macedonian company would engage in producing partners’ products based on their custom orders.
