The Company is located in Republika Srpska, in the town of Banja Luka (north-western Bosnia and Herzegovina). It was established in 1992 as a family company.
The first pieces were produced in a family courtyard building in a room of 9 square meters. Through persistent and diligent work, the company has achieved results worthy of respect. Today, the company has a production, storage and office space of 3000 square meters.
Since its establishment, the company has taken special care of the selection and training of staff. Today, the company has 10 employees, of which 50% are engineers with its many years of experience in the development, design and manufacture of tools.
For the last five years, the company has had significant investments in the procurement of machines and technologies of 4th and 5th generation. All software (for modeling, technological preparation, etc.) that it has and uses are licensed and operated by trained staff working in the company.
The company specializes in the development, design, and making of the tools for the production of parts in the car industry. Metal and plastic parts produced with our tools are installed in cars manufactured by Audi, Renault and Opel.
In accordance with the customer's requests, the company produces the following:
- tools for stamping and bending metal-made parts,
- tools for injection of plastic material-made parts
- machine parts and spare parts in the process industry
The company uses the following technologies for making its products:
- CNC metal processing (by cutting, eroding)
- CAD/CAM programming,
- CAD/CAM design.
The company envisages working under two types of cooperation: manufacturing and joint venture agreements.
It offers to manufacture tools for producing plastic and metal parts as well as machine parts and spare parts for the process industry to other companies.
The joint venture will be aimed at purchasing new erosion machines, processing center, injection molding machine which would enable the company to further its production capacity and expand its production program. This form of cooperation would make possible the development, production and distribution of high-end products.
