Description:
This client from Poland deals with manufacture and repair of combustion engine parts. Having considerable experience in service and repair of viscous and spring torsional vibration dampers used in ship engines, they have developed an innovative diagnostic technology using a special dynamic properties test station. The diagnostic method will allow checking functionality of vibration dampers by determining their amplitude and frequency characteristics before and after repair. The test station will be used for comprehensive quality control of crankshaft torsional vibration dampers in combustion engines. It has been designed in particular for large combustion engines used in marine vessels and heavy machinery.
The client is interested in cooperation with shipowners and ship repair yards based on a commercial agreement with technical assistance. Commercial part would include diagnostic service and repair, if required. Technical assistance shall be defined as providing the described innovative test station to determine the condition of crankshaft torsional vibration dampers in a more convenient and easy way.
