By creating innovative solutions for surgery, company supports the work of doctors so that they achieve treatment results at the highest level. During 4 years of operation, the company have developed their own method of designing and manufacturing medical devices using techniques of virtual operation planning and 3D printing technology.
Company have introduced the first individual implants to the market in mid-2017 and since then have supplied personalized medical devices for over 50 patients.
In addition, the company also conduct research work on:
• development of software enabling virtual planning of operations and conversion of tomographic scans to three-dimensional models understandable for 3D printers,
• development of molding technology by means of 3D printing of an absorbable polymeric biomaterial.
The company is looking for a partner who will help to distribute personalized medical devices on foreign markets. They are willing to cooperate with distributors who have experience in implementing medical devices in these markets.
The implant is personalized and enables complex reconstruction of bone defects. Each time the implant design is made on the basis of the patient's tomographic examination, thanks to this the shape of the implant is adapted to the patient's anatomy and enables treatment appropriate to the type of pathology.
In order to improve the effects of treatment and improve the patient's comfort in relation to solutions available on the market, the company have created a hybrid implant, as the only company in Poland. The implant consists of two parts: external, solid and internal, containing a porous structure. Thanks to the use of the appropriate size and structure of the pores, optimal osseointegration is ensured, improving the connection of the implant with the bone - bone tissues grow deep into the porous structure of the implant, which creates a scaffold for them. Such an implant integrates better with the bone, is better fitted and has a lower weight, which means a number of benefits for the patient.
