For Pick & Place the companyt use Yamaha Y10, Assebleon MG1 and Opal XII. All equipment is connected in one production line and works in one shared software environment. Due to such internal configuration, all production lines achieved great flexibility and can easily perform different projects of different complexity (up to 302 different configurations per project). The smallest component it can assemble is 0201.
The THT (Through Hole Technology) assembly technology is developed by the company solely on the basis of selective soldering technology. Several selective soldering machines open up enormous possibilities;
1. Double Side Components Soldering on both sides of the board - reduces the size of the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) and the housing by up to 30%,
2. Each electronic element is soldered individually - depending on the heat capacity of the component.
The cabling department provides services in the field of all types of cabling necessary for the complete finishing of electronic devices.
The company is currently active on the Polish and German market. In view to further expansion they seek new industrial partners from all over the world. The company can offer comprehensive electronic manufacturing services and assembly of electronic devices on the basis of manufacturing agreement.
