Description:
The Polish company has been operating on the market since 2016. From the beginning of its activity, it has been involved in the international transport of corpses. The cooperation takes place mainly through individual contacts, but the company also begins to cooperate with other funeral homes abroad. One designated employee is assigned to each case, thanks to which he can comprehensively deal with both the transport itself and the entire procedure related to bringing the body to the country.
The company is in constant contact with offices, consular offices, funeral homes in Poland and in Western Europe, USA, Canada, Ukraine, Belarus, thanks to which the compnay can efficiently help in many matters related to funeral activities.
In addition to the process of bringing the remains, the company also offers urns, funeral coffins and clothes for the deceased, so that the customer does not have to worry about anything. The company helps to their clients in many cases such are:
· Finding the place where the deceased is located (morgue, hospital, funeral home, city morgue)
· Complete all necessary formalities and permits to ensure that the transport of the body is lawful
· Advise on the most advantageous solution in the case of international transport of dead bodies or ashes to Poland
· Carry out cremation at the most favorable prices
· Transport the body from abroad to Poland
The company is looking for other funeral houses or funeral companies which whom will be possible to establish the outsourcing.
The tasks that will be entrusted to the foreign partner are:
- establishing contact with Polish families interested in services abroad
- assistance in arranging all formalities related to the release of the body or other activities abroad
- supervision and assistance in transporting the remains to Poland
- maintaining constant contact with the family of the deceased in the country from which he will be transported
- having experience in this industry
- assistance with other transport and funeral activities
The company helps also to obtain mandatory documents such are:
• Permission of the starosty or city office to transport the body from Ireland and bury the body in a cemetery in Poland
• Certificate of the Polish consul stating that the body and remains may be brought to the territory of the Republic of Poland.
• A copy of the death certificate or other document confirming the death (act of death).
• A death certificate or interim death certificate (in English) issued by the coroner (coroner's interim certificate of act of death).
• Medical certificate that the death was not related to an infectious disease (in English), issued by the coroner (free from infection)
• Certificate authorizing the removal of the body, which is issued by the coroner (in English) (coroner's certificate in relation to removal of body outside of state)
• Certificate of the funeral home (in Polish or English) that the body was placed in a metal coffin in which it will be transported, with a layer of absorbent substance at the bottom of at least 5 cm thick at the bottom, in such a way that it cannot move within it.
• Necessary translations of the above documents by a sworn translator
• Certificate of cremation (in the case of transporting an urn with ashes).
• On the basis of the authorization to conduct the case on behalf of the client, the company will arrange all the necessary documents and permits needed to transport the body from abroad to Poland.
