The company has been operating on the market for 30 years in north-eastern Poland. It operates on the domestic and foreign markets. Currently, about 30% of production is sold to foreign recipients, including Germany, France, Sweden, the Netherlands and Norway. The company deals in processing, freezing, drying and marinating mushrooms and forest fruits. The company's offer includes: 1. fresh mushrooms: boletus edulis, bay boletus, chanterelles, honey fungus, champignons and oyster mushrooms, saffron milk caps, nameko, 2. frozen mushrooms: boletus edulis, bay boletus, chanterelles, champignons, oyster mushrooms, nameko, 3. pickled mushrooms: boletus edulis, bay boletus, chanterelles, honey fungus, saffron milk caps, 4. dried mushrooms: boletuses edulis, bay boletus, 5. frozen forest fruits: cranberry, blueberry 6. frozen ready meals with mushrooms, 7. preserves of forest fruits: cranberry, blueberry In the freezing process of mushrooms and fruits, it uses cryogenic freezing technology, which allows to effectively preserve the natural aroma, texture and taste values of freshly picked mushrooms, while not causing any loss of nutritional value. Storage in a frozen form does not require the use of additional substances, in particular preservatives. However, the drying process used by the company is a traditional method of long-term storage of food products. During drying, mushrooms are deprived of water, which prevents the growth of microorganisms and thus prevents spoilage of the product. In this process, only fresh raw materials are used, which makes them retain the natural aroma. The company is also equipped with electronic lines for sorting and packing frozen fruits and mushrooms. The company processes 2,500 tons of mushrooms and 3,000 tons of fruits per year. These raw materials are from ecologically clean areas of Poland. The company offers the highest quality and a wide range of products, guarantees customers the sale throughout the year. It has its own transport, cars are adapted to transport vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, frozen food and poultry in the temperature range from -25 ° C to + 25 ° C. The company has taken active part in fairs and exhibitions at home and abroad, eg EuroGastro Nadarzyn, World Food Warsaw, BIOFACH Germany.
