Polish company established in 2012 and located in the north-eastern part of Poland, is a well-established wholesaler and importer of a variety of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), which include healthy food, such as: superfoods, sugar-free, vegan, functional, bio-, eco-, organic, gluten-free food and dietary supplements.
The company is interested in providing its customers with new products of foreign origin, that are still not easily available in Poland, therefore the company is open to establishing distribution services or commercial agency agreements. The company is open to discuss each product or product directly with the foreign partner that expressed interest in introducing it onto the Polish market (as exclusive distribution is also negotiable).
The company would like to establish cooperation on the basis of one of the following:
- commercial agency agreement - with a potential partner that is in need of an agent that would represent their products on the Polish market.
- distribution services agreement - with a potential partner that is in need of a distributor that would distribute / sell their products on the Polish market.
