It is used for baking industry, mainly in production of confectionery, chocolate, cake, topping, dessert, wafer, ice cream and yoghurt. Milk powder is mainly used in dairy, confectionery and bakery, yoghurt, cheese, ice cream, chocolate products. Whey powder is used in the baking and confectionery industry. The company can produce monthly 3000 tonnes of its products.
The products are packed in bags with polyethylene lining (10-15-25 kg) or in big bags.
The company applies rigorous safety and quality standards throughout every stage of the manufacturing process. The products are carefully tested and packed. The dairy products require unique conditions of ventilation (special filter systems), temperature and humidity. The firm maintains such conditions in its new storage warehouse.
The company cooperates with transport and logistic companies (land or sea transport).
