A Polish company with a small organic farm is located on the Natura 2000 area. Plants used for production of natural cosmetics and raw materials are grown there. The owners have a very individual approach to each product and each client. In addition, they know how to grow and harvest their plants so that they are of high value and quality. This high level of knowledge is verified by a state exam and a certificate of herbal commodity science. All weeds are removed manually. Harvesting is also done manually - each plant is supervised and flowers are picked without disturbing the structure. Ecology stands for the owners in the first place. This family-owned company manufactures hydrolats from a variety of plants: chamomile, lilac, lavender, damask rose, nettle, sage, marigold, thyme, poppy, rosemary and others. Depending on the type of plant they are obtained from, hydrolats have various properties, such as: anti-inflammatory, purifying, moisturizing, immunostimulating, soothing, antioxidant, antihistamine. For example, hydrolat from black currant leaves is rich in vitamin C, B group vitamins and minerals - phosphorus, potassium and iron, as well as tannins, flavonoids, mineral salts, organic acids, rutin, pectin, essential oils and moisturizing polysaccharides. Another example might be chamomile the hydrolate of which contains flavonoids, carotenoids, choline, mucilage, mineral and coumarine compounds.
