- eleven turning CNC machines with machining range of Ø900 mm x 2000 mm
- one vertical turning CNC machine with machining range of Ø2000 mm x 1500 mm
- one honing machine with honing range of Ø400 x 3000 mm
- four CNC grinding machines able to perform cylindrical, surface and crankshaft grinding
The company is very carefully testing quality of their production, using advanced Non-Destructive Testing equipment and procedures in the industry, including visual inspection, dye penetrant inspection, ultrasonic testing, positive material identification and magnetic particle inspection.
Welding services provided by the company are of highest quality and comply or exceed requirements of standards issued by most renown organisations, such as ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers), NORSOK (NORsk SOkkels Konkurranseposisjon), EN (European Standard) or AWS (American Welding Society).
