The Polish company started its innovative activity in the field of production of ingredients and finished products in the functional food category in 1993. They are components of many therapeutic diets and are used in nutritional prophylaxis, and the raw materials from which they are made are used in the production of supplements. Many of them, at the stage of creation, were, or still are, product innovations. The entire production profile at the plant is gluten-free, carried out without the use of chemical agents and with limiting the negative impact of high temperatures on the product. Production is environmentally friendly (energy-saving production - obtaining the desired technological and hygienic effects thanks to the use of low temperatures of thermal treatment and high pressure instead of high temperatures; reducing food losses by using by-products, e.g. for the production of fodder).
The company offers a wide range of conventional products: amaranth (flour, flakes, expanded amaranth, oil), buckwheat (flour, flakes), pumpkin (flour, seeds, oil), sea buckthorn (juice, syrup, jams, oleosome).
