A Polish textile company offers production capacity to garment designers under manufacturing or subcontracting agreement

This Polish medium-sized textile company located in the centre of the country was established in 1989. It specializes in production of women’s apparel such as blazers, dresses, pants, skirts, trousers, blouses and coats. It has been operating as CMT (Cut, make and trim) production partner for few European well known brands (in Germany and Netherlands). The production capacity is 500 000 top standard women’s garments annualy. Product quality is supervised by a qualified technologists. The production preparation department uses Assyst, Lectra Systems IT (7 stations) and Assyst plus Vidya 3D. Its scope of activities: - developing the prototype dressmaking patterns - creating the prototypes - production of the entire collections - grading patterns in full size range - consumptions optimization - pattern and marker printing - preparation of model sheets and descriptions for production. The export department and warehouse ensure following operations: - customs clearance of imported and exported goods - preparation of import documents - preparation of export shipments to customers - storage of fabrics and clothing accessories - packaging of finished products. The company intends to expand internationally, therefore new foreign partners are sought. The company offers its production capacity to designers and industrial partners according to their needs and specification. Cooperation based on manufacturing and/or subcontracting agreement is considered.
