With 30 years of experience manufacturing for German and Swiss markets, the company offers the possibility of B2B cooperation to foreign companies producing high-tech products or components for technologically complex products, from aluminium, steel and stainless steel. The company offers the following services: - technical consulting and prototyping - the company regularly develops prototypes in cooperation with their customers - They also make their own tools, programs and templates for fast and flexible prototyping. The company offers direct production according to CAD drawings and joint development of optimized prototypes. It can perform a simulation of the feasibility of an individual process. - Serial / custom-made production of components or products - with all the technological equipment available, it can cost-effectively carry out the entire process from planning, cutting to surface treatment, powder coating and assembly. The company specializes in small and medium-sized series of products between 50 and 10,000 pieces per year, and also accepts orders for large batches of up to 50,000 pieces per year. - assembly, packaging and labeling in accordance with the requirements and logistics of the individual customer and delivery to the customer's warehouse The company has the most modern technological equipment for the implementation of services: - laser cutting - sheet metal bending on a larger machine with a power of 130 tons to a width of 3100 mm, and on a smaller machine 50 tons to a length of 1000 mm. - Bending and cutting tubes - Welding of complex welded structures: robotic welding: three welding robots for MIG / MAG welding. Robotic welding of stainless steel, structural steel and refractory sheets as well as aluminum. - spot welding - For easy joining of sheet metal parts (automotive industry, tank production) - TIG manual welding - For welding thin stainless steel and aluminum, magnesium and copper alloys - Turning - the company has two CNC machine tools with three axes and driven tools - Milling - vertical CNC machining center is used for rough and fine machining. The size of the workbench - 920mm x 435mm. - Powder coating - the company has a semi-automated powder coating line The company is interested in cooperation with foreign companies on the basis of a manufacturing and/or subcontracting agreement as a supplier of metal components for sectors such as agriculture (especially farming machinery), internal logistics vehicles (self-propelled automatic robotic vehicles), waste management machines, sewage treatment plants, manufacture of components for wind turbines (wind energy) and manufacture of devices / components of devices for medical equipment. Today, the company is strongly integrated into the international business premises and is a supplier or subcontractor to renowned European companies from Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Great Britain.
