Romanian company specialized in manufacturing passive houses is looking for distributors.

The company, located in western Romania, is capitalizing more than 20 years of experience in production of passive houses, promoting environmental responsibility and energy efficiency throughout the life of a building. For this reason, the company is using wood (as a basic material), which is an organic material, recyclable and renewable, in proportion of 90% in the production process. The insulation is also ecological, made of wood fibers (a certified unit production in Germany). Passive houses are characterized by a high thermal comfort and by a superior quality of the indoor air. Another representative feature is the very high energy efficiency. The PH standard (Passive House standard) is currently the standard for the most energy efficient buildings in the world. Energy consumption for heating a passive house is more than 75% lower than the similar consumption of a conventional house. The main features of the passive houses made by the company are the following: • compact shape and high degree of thermal insulation; • the south orientation of the building facade to benefit from the sun; • installation and use of energy efficient windows systems; • preheating the ventilated air (providing fresh air through a special system of underground pipes, ensuring at least 5 extra degrees Celsius, even during the cold season); • installation of high-performance ventilation systems provided with heat recovery devices from the removed air; • domestic hot water supply (DHW) by using renewable sources (these are solar collectors or heat pumps of different types); • the use of household appliances with a minimum energy consumption (including for lighting fixtures). Romanian company has its own designing office. The engineers take over the projects from the architects, verify them with the help of specialized calculation programs for wood structures, preparing a detailed documentation for the production part. All the elements of the framework are automatically listed in the program with cutting dimensions and angles. The company invests constantly in new technologies and new equipment, offering customers integrated solutions (analysis, consulting, design and execution). All passive house projects will be accredited by the only institute in the world, from Germany. Willing to enlarge its client’s portfolio, the company is looking to expand through a distribution network under distribution services agreements and is prepared to provide support to appropriate distribution partners who should already have links into the construction sector.
