Description:
The Romanian company started in 2010 as a German – Romanian joint venture, and it is specialised in installations and specific maintenance for wind turbines. 2021 brought a consolidation of the German ownership together with the commencement of new business lines, the company adding a new service to their portfolio, namely high voltage pole installations.
Nowadays, the company’s presence comprises 12 countries like Germany, Belgium, France, Sweden, UK, Greece, Turkey, Faroe Islands etc, with more than 1000 MW in 400 various types of turbines installed and more than 2000 MW in 850 turbines maintained during the 11 years of existence.
At this moment the company can offer 3 types of services, available regardless the location of the project:
- installation activities: tower erection, assembly or preassembly works for nacelles and blades, cabling works and grid connections, PCT hybrid towers installation, foundation pre-assembly and base segment alignment, concrete segments pre-assembly and final assembly, safety ladder installation, e-module set-up and service lift installation, substation or transformers installation, repowering and various types of retrofits;
- maintenance activities - major components exchange, break-in maintenance, regular and preventive annual maintenance, oil and coolant exchange, yaw brake pads exchange, retrofits, anchor bolts tensioning, various mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs, service lifts repairs and punch lists;
- energy services – power stations and internal grid connections for renewable projects (wind and solar), mechanical installations for renewable projects and High Voltage and Very High Voltage overhead lines pole assembly and installation.
The Romanian company is looking for collaborators through subcontracting agreements, offering their expertise in the field of energy industry. The company would like to expand its business and enter new markets, as well as consolidating the previous ones.
