Romanian manufacturer of customized aluminium and copper cables harnesses for a wide range of electrical devices, is offering its services for manufacturing or subcontracting.

Founded in 2013, the company has been successfully operating in the aluminium and copper wire cables industry reaching new segments year after year. Its production facilities are spread on a 1000 sqm industrial hall, with good accessibility, placed in a proximity of the highway close to one of the biggest cities in Northern Romania. Main manufacturing products and associated services offered are: • Manual and automatic assembly of cable harnesses for integrated automation systems for gates, garage doors and access barriers; for industrial electrical machines and domestic appliances; for automatic machines including robotics; for computer industry; the company processes around 750.000 pcs/ year, in various operations requested by the client, such as awnings, blinds and shutters • Since 2016, the company assembles also smaller inactive medical devices (such as compressors for inhalers, tubes harnesses for valved chamber inhalers or complex masks) using manual and semi-automatic assembly lines • Since 2018 it produces also high precision wire harnesses for LED lamps The company has are currently 20 employees with engineering expertise, skilled workers, researchers and IT specialists. Its latest technologies factory infrastructure is composed of professional cutting and stripping machines, hydraulic presses, crimping machines and electric screwdrivers. As an added value, the company performs manufacturing consultancy, offering process optimization by dislodging upon request a team of experts to study the client’s processes and propose solutions for optimization of the production time and for increasing the quality of the end product. As the harnesses assembly operations are executed based on each client’s specific request, the company collaborates on a strict NDA (non-disclosure agreement) confidentiality and shares key information on the product or assembly requirement to clearly understand the core partner usage and requirements. The Romanian SME is now looking to expand its portfolio through international long-term cooperation. The international cooperation envisaged is under the form of manufacturing agreements with companies in need for integrated automation systems and subcontracting agreements for full products or components/sub-assemblies.
