Romanian manufacturer of furniture textile seeks international business partners under distribution agreements

The Romanian company launched in 1991 as a family buisiness with the manufacture of small furniture but, over time, the activity of the company developed especially due to the investments made in the modernization of the machines, which allowed it to increase the productivity and to diversify the production. Today the company is the most important manufacturer of furniture fabric in Romania, with a high range of quality products. The fabrics are well known on the domestic market offering to its clients the possibility to choose from a range of over 1,500 different items. The company has a various offer of high quality products made of cotton, hemp, flax, poliester, acrylic, acrylic chenille with unique designs characterized by the multitude of colors and patterns. During 2008 in the field of activity was added natural and artificial leather. The main use of the materials is for furniture fabrics but they can also be used for toys, decorations, curtains, tablecloths, bed sheets, etc. The company offers different types of textile materials different by the way how they are made: • Knitted material which combine different type of plain, glossy thread in a wide range of colurs to form bold designs, floral collections, abstract patterns • Textile decorationes which can combine materials with leather or to design different shapes or a specific colour palette • Printed material which uses a special digitally pinting technique that transposed the printing on the polyester textile support creating modern graphic elements, but also floral, romantic collections All the fabrics are high quality and can be created depending on client needs. Having received positive feedback regarding the products offered and following market research indicating a positive trend on the international markets for the products offered, the Romanian firm is interested in expanding its market internationally. As such, the Romanian firm is interested in identifying international business partners interested in distributing its products abroad. Cooperation will be based on distribution services agreements.
