Description:
The family farm established by generations ahead was introduced in the organic farming in 2014 by the husband & wife managing the family business. The family company manages the farm and the processing related stages.
The main organics orchards with the corresponding yearly harvest capacity are: peaches (20 tones), cherries, apples and strawberries (1 tone each) and raspberries (0,5 tone)
The fertilisation processes and pestiferous techniques are totally natural, not using chemical substances that might harm the fruit quality.
The processed products are obtained only with organic ingredients, including small quantity of organic sugar, following the simple natural Romanian traditional recipes. For obtaining the dry organic products, the drying process followed low-heating temperatures in order to preserve the nutrients and vitamins of the fruits, using a special drier oven. The products are all 100% handmade and natural and can be obtained in rather medium quantities. No additives, oils or preservation added.
The organic peach jam and compote are unique in Romania, being the only company in the country producing these assortments.
The processed products offered are:
• organic peach jam, raspberry jam and plum jam in small glass jars of 200 g
• organic peach compote in glass jars of 300 g, sweeten by natural grapes juice, without using added sugar
• dried peaches, apples and plums, packed in nature friendly board packaging of 50g, with transparent window. The dried fruits can be used in direct consumption or can be rehydrated. The energetic labels include per 100g: 258 kcal, 3g proteins and 57g carbohydrates. There are no added sugars and are raw vegan gluten free products.
• dried mixed organic vegetables with no added salt, for heat-based consumption preserved in jars of 100g, containing carrots, celery, parsnip and parsley, with no added salt.
The labels are attractive and they are meeting the legal requirements in commercializing organic products. The company used to sell also in hyperstores, using proper packaging also for the fresh fruits.
Upon request, the company can also produce totally sugar free jams, certified as organic.
The company is looking for distributors, agents or representatives to establish commercial agency agreements and/or distribution services agreements.
