The 2010 founded Romanian company produces custom outerwear. Manufacturing services include, at clients’ requests and according to their preferences, everything from the initial model development and design phase, clothing pattern making, different types of fabric finishes to clothing packaging and transportation.
The production is in a “lohn” system, in other words customers purchase fabrics and accessories by means of orders which also include technical documentation. The company works with their own raw materials only in case of small orders.
The company works with all types of fabrics (velvet, fur, lace, veil, wool fabrics, cotton fabrics, check fabrics, striped fabrics and/ or fabrics that need specific placement), with the exception of leather. As already mentioned, they specialise in the design and production of outerwear (i.e. everything from trousers, dresses, blouses to jackets, blazers and coats). All items are custom-made, which means that the specialists employed by the company develop pattern (according to sketches provided by clients), tailor, manufacture, carry out the finishing stage and package the clothing items. The levels of control are in line, following the ironing and AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) stages. The company also has a technical department, within the frame of which specialists check patterns and make samples.
The company can also take responsibility for the transportation of the manufactured products (they transport everything but leather and underwear).
The Romanian manufacturer is interested in growing its business internationally. By concluding manufacturing agreements with partners from abroad, the company hopes to extend its client portfolio and contact network, to gain more market experience in the sector of outerwear and to steadily increase its revenue.
