The company was founded in 1995 by employees of the Scientific Centre for Biological Research in one of the cities near Moscow.

Semi-automatic biochemical analyser, automatic glucose and lactate analysers produced according to licensed technologies of foreign companies.
At the moment, the company's goal is to participate in the programs of centralization and modernization of laboratory research in the Russian Federation and the presence of the company's products in foreign markets.
