Russian developer and a manufacturer of educational equipment and learning aids on digital technologies is looking for commercial agency agreement

A Russian company from Saint Petersburg was founded in 2012. It is specializing in the development and manufacturing of educational equipment and learning aids on digital technologies, including robotics, neurotechnologies and artificial intelligence for teaching children and juniors from kindergarten to university. The company provides the following products: 1. An educational robotic complex for children from 4.5 years to 17+. Includes: -The product-line of multi-level engineering robotic educational kit for children (5 constructional kits). -Resource kits (16 types). -Training courses. 2. Digital educational hardware and software complex; Objective: to study the basics of human neuro and psychophysiology, to get an introduction to modern innovative technologies (virtual and augmented reality, artificial intelligence) so that the students can determine their path in choosing a profession. Equipment: -electroencephalograph (dry electrodes, 8 channels for EEG recording), an electric headset. Educational and methodical complex: -theoretical materials (67 lessons; model assembly charts (electronic version); more than 80 laboratory works (4 types); more than 10 tutorials on biological feedback in the “polygraph” mode, an electronic glossary; a personal electronic notebook; an interactive whiteboard with drawing and text output; a testing module. - Statistics block (storage and processing of information, including the received information from the equipment to the server). -Training for teachers and support of institutions in the implementation of the complex (technical and methodological advice, webinars, training from developers) -Opportunity to participate in international competitions in robotics and neurotechnologies. -Work with the course is available with the mobile application. -Digital complex allows to make a research work in the field of neuro- and psychophysiology of a human, to use neurotechnologies for robotic models control based on the brain bioelectric activity readings, and to plan an individual learning path. 3. A complex solution for the study of artificial intelligence and neural networks. The ready-made complex is an educational solution for studying the basics of artificial intelligence and neural networks. The course consists out of two modules: The first module is intended for children from 12 years old. It gives children the possibility to become familiar with the basic principles of building neural networks and the basics of artificial intelligence. It allows to study of the nature of neural networks and helps children to develop their own projects using ready-made neural networks. During this course, the children will work with neural networks that recognize human emotions, gestures, facial expressions, determine age, gender, faces, objects and other things. The second module is intended for children from 13-14 years old. It gives children the possibility to study the basic principles of building and teaching neural networks. The students themselves will be able to choose and develop their own neural networks and even then train them. Under the commercial agency agreement, the company will provide the software/hardware product and holder of the exclusive/non-exclusive right on the software/hardware product for the subsequent sale and also provide services related to the transfer of technical and reference information related to the operation of the software/hardware product.
