Russian developer of a medical module of the chest CT scans analysis for COVID-19 detection is looking for a licensee

The Russian company from Moscow specializes in AI services for healthcare – innovative software for various diagnostics based on standard analysis. The first License of their product series is a module of the chest CT (computed tomography) scans analysis for COVID-19 detection. This software module automatically detects and marks the signs of Covid-19 in the lung parenchyma. In addition, the presence of a pleural effusion helps to measure quantitative characteristics, such as estimating the total lesion volume for each lung separately and estimating the relative volumes of consolidation and lesion volume over time. This module has the following principle of operation: • A hardware-software complex with software is installed in the clinic's circuit and its communication is organized via TCP / IP and DICOM with the archive containing the original CT examinations. • Full routing of all CT examinations from the archive for processing to the module is possible. • The module generates a DICOM series with a visual display of the affected areas and a description report in the DICOM Structured Report format. The module automates the determination of the lung damage degree, makes it easier to describe and reduce the time of decision-making for doctors. This module is necessary for medical organizations, clinics, hospital networks, diagnostic and research centers that diagnose and treat Covid-19, as well as for medical device manufacturers. In 2020 the AI module was tested and debugged on anonymized data of more than 100 thousand real patients. The product is ready for use. The Russian company is looking for foreign partners from the medical field for long-term relationships and to conclude a license agreement. The license includes software (module for the chest organs CT images analyzing without initial texts. Goes as docker-containers ready for installation); technical and operational documentation (technical conditions, manual, integration guide); additional documentation. The non-exclusive software license is provided to the partner for 1 year. The cost of the license depends on the number of CT scans.
