Russian producer of equipment for the production of steel profiles is looking for distributors

The Russian company from the Lipetsk region was founded in 2003. The company produces and sells machines and automatic lines for the production of bent steel profiles. At the moment, the company is one of the leaders in Russia in the design, development and production of certified roll forming equipment. The company offers equipment for all kinds molded steel section manufacture (profiled sheeting, metal tile, light steel thin-walled structures profile, façade systems, siding). The company’s equipment is custom-build or mass-produced. The products include: - cold metal profiling lines (the stripes width is 80-1500 mm); - lines of transverse and longitudinal metal cutting (width – 0,4-3,0 mm); - rolling and stamping complex; The general characteristics of equipment produced: - metal width from 0,3 to 4,0 mm; - rolling rate is up to 50 mm per min.; - roll width is up to 1500 mm; - automotive working regime. The company's products are actively used for the production of high-quality profiled flooring, siding, modern metal tiles, various types of profiles, as well as for transverse and longitudinal cutting of metal products. The production capacity of the company is more than 70 units of equipment per year. The equipment allows to produce and bend all kinds of profiles, regardless of the type of metal or alloy brand. Thanks to the use of this equipment in production, it accelerates the work process, reduces physical effort, while increasing efficiency and productivity. The company has its own production base of 3.5 hectares of land. This includes about 7,000 square meters of heated production space with crane beams, its own quenching site, a large machine park, including lathes and milling machines, and a tubeless painting area for large-sized products. All manufactured products have excellent quality characteristics as they are manufactured in accordance with international standards. All profiling equipment is manufactured in strict accordance with the requirements of GOST for the machining of parts at the enterprise. All production processes are strictly controlled to minimize the possibility of defects associated with the production of roll forming equipment. The produced equipment is widely represented throughout Russia, as well as in neighboring countries. The company provides full technical support during the warranty and post-warranty maintenance of the equipment. The Russian company is interested in partners from the construction and trade spheres (wholesale companies or individual representatives) to conclude distribution services agreement. Under distribution services agreement the partner is expected to buy company’s products and sell it into foreign market. Delivery conditions will be discussed individually with each partner, depending on its location. The company will consult the partner on technical issues and carry out warranty service (with the possibility of the companies’ staff visit the end-costumer).
