Russian producer of wooden handles (cuttings) for tools is looking for reliable distributors

The Russian company from Nizhny Novgorod was founded in 2017. Over the years, the company has established itself as one of the best manufacturers of wood products. The company is engaged in the production of wooden handles for various tools (shovels, rakes, hammers, sapper blades, etc.). The wooden handles are made of high-quality raw materials. Basically, cuttings are made from aspen or birch, with a humidity of 10-12%. Cuttings are produced with a diameter of 24 to 38 mm, and a length of 1200 to 1800 cm. Cuttings are made both from the highest grade of wood and from the first grade. Cuttings from the highest grade of wood do not have knots and other defects of natural material. Wooden cuttings from the first grade are cuttings in the body of which there are no more than 3 knots with a diameter of no more than 1/2 inch each. Both of these types of wood are optimally suited for use in cuttings. The products are equally strong and light. They differ only in two characteristics – appearance and price. Double grinding makes the cutting surface smooth without roughness. Also, due to drying in a heat chamber, the possibility of mold formation is eliminated. All products meet high state standards and are characterized by long-term operation. The company is equipped with modern high-precision machines: grinding, drilling, grinding-milling and round-cutting machines, a belt sawmill, and special transport for transporting timber. A well-organized production process allows to constantly increase the volume and range of products while improving their quality. Today, the company's production capacity allows processing 4,000 cubic meters of birch and aspen balance per month and producing wooden handles (cuttings) of various diameters and lengths – up to 200,000 pieces/month. For several years of work, more than 1500 thousand wooden handles (cuttings) were delivered to the regions of Russia to the tool manufacturing plants and to the furniture factory of cots in Latvia. For delivery, the company ties up wooden cuttings with a tape of 20-30 pcs. The approximate loading capacity of a 40-foot container is up to 30,000 pieces. The Russian company is interested in finding reliable partners from the agricultural sector, the furniture industry, and woodworking enterprises to conclude a long-term distribution services agreement. As a result of this agreement, the Russian company will increase the export of its products, and a potential partner will receive a batch of wooden cuttings.
