Description:
A Serbian company with over 50 years of experience produces homemade spirits. The company offers a wide range of slivovitz (brandies) and rakias - from apricot, quince, pear, and plum. The company produces also brandies with juniper and mixtures containing 20 different medicinal herbs. The technological process is protected as intellectual property. All the products are produced by the traditional distillation method, with the geographical origin and entirely natural ingredients and without industrial alcohol and additives.
Their offer includes,
- 6 year old plum brandy („slivovitz“) with deep, layered flavours and a masterful finish,
- superb rakia is created through double distillation of the highest-quality plum varieties and with the addition of juniper berries (also as special edition aged for 5 years in barrels made out of Serbian oak),
- double distillation of strictly selected plums, among which the dominant variety is old sort of Serbian zwetschge plum and aged in inox tanks for 10 years,
- rakia produced by carefully choosing select plum varieties and through the process of double distillation, with the best distillates ageing for years in barrels made out of Serbian oak,
- rakia made from the Serbian quince varieties, through the use of double distillation, and by selecting only the distinguished distillates, with distinct aromas, fruity freshness, but with strong and a very long-lasting and aromatic aftertaste,
- rakia from apricot varieties plucked during a phase when they reached maximum sweetness and full maturity. The company's original recipe includes the addition of an exact amount of slightly overripe fruits,
- rakia made from selected Williams pears during the stage in which they are the richest with vitamins and minerals. After the harvest, the fruits mature for about ten more days in a slightly draughty place so that a full concentration of fermentable sugars is reached.
- herb rakia produced through the double distillation of the fruit rakia and slivovitz, and by adding carefully selected remedial herbs from National Park of Tara in West Serbia – yarrow, common centaury, peppermint, wormwood, sage wild thyme etc.
