Description:
The Slovak company is a part of a successful group of medium-sized companies with more than 60 years of experience in the field of engineering industry. The company was founded in Slovakia in 2005. Since then, the company has developed significantly and transformed into the current state executing complex activities of production, research and development of own products. The process of product development and design is performed by team of designers in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. The company provides guidance for the clients in the phase of the product design, experienced staff participates actively on the whole process of the production up to the implementation and serial production of the final product. The company is focusing on the production of single-purpose machines and devices, modernization and automatization of older production technologies from design through construction to assembly and processing of the relevant documentation.
The company provides material cutting by using:
- Laser cutting center with max. sheet dimensions of 3,000 x 1,500 mm, processing various thicknesses of materials – steel up to 20 mm, stainless steel up to 16 mm, aluminum up to 12 mm, copper and brass up to 4 mm;
- Deburring machine, used for deburring parts up to a width of 950 mm after laser burning;
- Band saw for cutting steel semi-finished products;
- Sheet metal shears for cutting sheet metal with a cutting width of 1,000 mm,
The company performs cold forming of material by using:
- CNC press brake with a capacity of 170 tons, bending length 3,110 mm, thickness of bent material up to 15 mm and pressing force 210 – 1700 kN;
- Servo-electric press brake;
- Hydraulic sheet metal rolling machine with four cylinders with a diameter of 250 mm with pre-bending, rolling width 2,000 mm and max. sheet metal thickness up to 10 mm;
-Sheet metal rolling machine with max. thickness of processed sheet up to 5 mm.
In addition to the Automated Welding Robotic Workplace, the company uses the following methods:
- TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) / TIG welding with a non-melting electrode in a protective gas atmosphere;
- MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and MAG (Metal Active Gas) welding with an unwound electrode in a protective atmosphere of CO2 or CO2 with argon with pulse system;
- Pressure control of weldments in the pressure center, water and compressed air media, according to client’s requirements;
- Manual hydraulic presses for straightening up to 30 tons;
- Stud welding machines with a capacitive system up to a stud diameter of D8 mm;
- Resistance welder;
- Central extraction of welding fumes.
Other services provided by the company are:
Machining executed with: center lathe; 3-axis milling cutter; radial column drills; sandblasting box (1,350 x 1,100 x 1,070 mm); tap into M12, profile and pipe bender.
Surface treatment executed with: degreasing machine with a basket 1,000 x 1,000 mm; wet painting booth with dimensions 6,100 x 3,560 x 3,000 mm; in which lacquer is applied by the wet method; powder coating; galvanizing; pickling; passivation; blackening and anodizing.
The company is looking for business partners for whom they would, under manufacturing agreement, produce custom products such as single purpose machines and equipment; heating systems; pellet boilers; boilers for the biomass; welded assemblies; piping systems; filtration systems; machines used for the collection, sorting and recycling of various materials; packaging machines, lines for the woodworking industry or complete production of saws for construction and/or parts of the complex custom products for the foreign partner.
Under subcontracting agreement, the partner would assign a part of a contract to the Slovak company.
