Description:
Slovenian company was founded in 2004 as a subsidiary of a well-established group for selling products for home, garden, agriculture, viticulture and forestry. In this company, the main activity of selling is performed through carefully designed concept of garden centres. The latter are nowadays counted among leading centers in Slovenia, since they provide full-range of services to their clients. As a part of a group, the company has also access to wide array of products on the field from renowned manufacturers in Europe, United States of America and Asia. Main target group of garden centers are final customers (business-to-consumers).
Selling programme of garden centers includes different types of pumps (flow, submersible and water), high-pressure cleaners, branch shredders, lawn mowers, compressors, (portable) electric generators, leaf blowers, water sprayers, hand sweepers, tools, saws, scythes and other accessories. For most of the products, (original) spare parts can be bought as well. Each garden center also offers special line of products under main group company brand and they mostly cover already mentioned products from the regular programme. The latter is supplemented by unique line of modern and urban clothes, food for animals and books about relevant topics from agriculture and forestry. Before a specific product is included in a programme, thorough inspection (validation process) is performed and each product needs to have all necessary certificates to sell, while materials – from which the products are made of – also play important role when selecting them. Warranty is ensured according to valid legislation and for every product professional and quality services are provided during and outside the warranty period.
To differentiate garden centers on the market and to provide additional services and options, the following features are essential part of their concept:
1.The agricultural pharmacy where customers with valid allowance can buy special protection products for care and treatment of plants, that are not included in a regular sale programme.
2. Consultancy is provided by agronomists to every customer regarding the optimal solution for their challenges or to select the appropriate product from regular programme or from agricultural pharmacy.
3. The nursery with grown plants and trees on more than 3000 m2.
4. Option to have samples tested in a laboratory for wine analysis.
5. Repair service is organized in a close vicinity of garden centers, along with a dispersed network of authorized repair service providers on a national market.
6. Loyalty programme with dedicated free identification card, where its holders are rewarded with increasing discounts after certain conditions are fulfilled.
The garden centres have recognizable visual identification and brand, that differentiates them from other companies on the market. Working hours of centers are adjusted to the season in the year (winter and summer time). Company puts a lot of attention in education of employees and their well-being, while nurturing encouraging and positive business culture.
Branches of garden centers are currently located in Slovenia and Croatia, but with their concept of garden centres, the company would like to reach customers in other countries from Europe and Balkan as well. Nevertheless, all inquiries will be considered for possible cooperation. Envisioned form of cooperation will be franchise agency agreement, where Slovenian company and partner will specify all required details to use the concept of garden centres.

Slovenian company is looking for a partner with preferably already operating garden center and would like to include new options in their service and product programme, while using well-established brand of garden centers and becoming a member of a group with a tradition and expertise of several decades on the field of products and services for home, garden, agriculture, viticulture and forestry. This would also present access to market products under group brand, complemented with access to renown manufacturers on the field.
Partner will be responsible to use the concept of garden centers according to the agreement and to promote it on their respective markets. Slovenian company will provide support to implement the mentioned concept of garden centers.
