Polish company develops an open source, wired building automation system which includes DIN rail and in-wall mountable modules to control lighting, heating systems, roller shutters etc. The company’s system is built around the well-known and widely trusted RS485 communication standard. It relies on an open-source communication protocol and is compatible with Arduino Integrated Development Environment. It is ready for plug & play interaction with a large variety of open-source home automation controllers, including such systems as Domoticz and Home Assistant. At present, the system supports a decentralized architecture (modules installed in a wall). In the future it is planned to support also a centralized architecture (with modules installed in a distribution box). Every module can work with a given kind of output (separate modules for AC and DC loads), read digital and analog inputs, as well as work with various peripherals (sensors, LCDs, etc.). The company plans to expand its business activity to foreign markets and seeks commercial agency or distribution services agreements.
