The company's history goes back until 1955. In 1990, the firm was re-privatised to the former owners. In 2006 started a deeper international cooperation by opening branches in Poland and Slovakia. Nowadays the SME employs altogether +/- 120 people in the three countries.
More than 90% of the production refers to the automotive sector. The key competence is injection moulding with an additional processing approach. The produced polymer components may be transformed, welded, mounted, and metallised.
Moulding: more than 30 machines (250-4200 kN);
Transforming: stamping, bending, calking;
Welding: ultrasonic, vibration, and thermo-compression welding;
Mounting: mounting of plastic components to systems and final products.
The integration of contact pins within functional polymer elements is another speciality of the company. Due to the interest of a broader portfolio, the SME from Germany is looking for partners that have a demand for the production of plastic elements with integrated contact pins. Therefore, the company offers a Manufacturing agreement.
