The Spanish expert has been working in international projects and companies for more than 25 years, so she has an extensive experience that can be classified into three main lines of action, all of them developed at an international level:
1.Business: development of talent, leadership, human resources and high-performance business teams aimed at improving profitability and results of companies, training to leaders of companies, managers and middle managers. Experience as international Human Resources director.
2. Educational: support to the management teams of university centers to improve the academic results and the empowerment and integral development of the talent and the leadership of their students at the highest level. Detection of students with high abilities and supporting them in their integral development and in the progression of their professional careers.
3. Sport: working with high performance athletes to improve their capabilities and performance in a comprehensive manner. Experience in management of teams and athletes in International, Olympic and Paralympic Competitions. She has been a coach of the Spanish Olympic Committee.
She offers her services under service agreement to companies, universities, sports teams interested in the range of services offered.
