The company, one of the biggest foundries in Spain, with 57 years of experience supplying to the market leaders of the mining, cement, petrol, gas, offshore, marine, paper, sugar and hydraulic sectors offers its knowledge and facilities for the production of technical made to measure cast steel or special alloy pieces. The company has electric arc furnaces with inert gases injected from the bottom, to obtain a better degree of quality and homogeneity in the different material grades. They meet different international standards (EN, UNE, ASTM, DIN, BS, AFNOR..) and customers' specifications. The classification of the different types of steel together with the maximum weights of the parts to be melted for each type of steel is detailed below: carbon steels, low alloyed steels, martensitic and austenitic stainless steels, refractory steels, managese wear resistant steels. The company is looking for companies in need of special tailor made cast steel or alloy pieces from a broad range of sectors, including mining companies, cement production plants, petro companies, gas companies, wind turbine manufacturers, offshore energy companies, etc. They offer manufacturing agreements and outsourcing agreements.
