A Spanish manufacturer of craft gin offers distribution services agreements

In 2010 – before the big Gin-hype began the Spanish company based in Mallorca distilled their first batch of Gin for a winery they were working for and decided to open their own distillery. They started the business in 2012 – a regional Artisan hand crafted gin focusing on local ingredients from Mallorca starting with fresh citrus and local gown juniper. The founder of the company has a degree in wine making and worked in the wine sector for over 10 years in Mallorca, Germany, Catalonia & California. The signature distillate comes fresh from the trees. The pillars of Mallorca gin are fresh citrus, juniper and a hand full of classic gin. There are various varieties such as:a unique batch from Mallorca olives grown on the century old trees in the Valldemossa Valley. Olives have a long tradition as a cocktail garnish, maybe because their salty brine aroma contributes well to a Dry Martin i(Martini is what was considered when distilling this gin). This gin is the tribute to the 19th century gin style barrelld for a month in old wine casks, which were previously filled with Mallorcan red wine.
