The UK company which is based in the East of England has invented a unique device for securing motorhome and caravan windows.
The idea for this product came about in 2012, whilst travelling around the UK and Europe. There were numerous reports regarding the flimsy plastic catches on habitation windows being broken into. Once home, the directors searched for something to secure windows - there are alarms, but the perpetrator would already have gained access to the vehicle, valuables and personal belongings.
One of the directors of the company has an engineering background. He designed a solution that would fit the gap in the market and went into production.
Currently there are 18 versions of the devices suitable for the two main window manufacturers Polyplastic and Dometic/Seitz. The company continues to develop new products.
The UK manufactured device is made of steel and currently it is sold online via the company's website. The company frequently attend and promote the product at main motor homes trade shows in the UK and Europe. It is already selling the product into overseas markets.
