Summary:
A UK-based SME offers its management training programme to companies, research institutions and universities to improve their management capabilities. This programme provides flexible, time efficient training under a dedicated project manager to individuals and groups. It is envisaged that the partnerships will take the form of services agreements.
Description:
SMEs are the driving force behind new innovations reaching the market and economic growth. However due to their nature as small companies they can lack all the management skills and expertise required to maximise the growth of their businesses. Training is available to fill these skills gaps but this often requires time away from running the company which a lot of SMEs cannot afford.
A UK-based SME offers an online-based management training programme aimed at addressing this issue. The programme consists of a series of 12 management training modules that cover key aspects of management and developed from global best practice from around the world. These modules cover areas including time management, communication, understanding your customers and goals / strategy building. The content is delivered in a series of short videos of average 12 minutes duration, workbooks, reflective questions and interactive assessments that can be undertaken anywhere. A project manager will work with those undertaking the training programme to orient them with what it has to offer, help them tailor it to their needs and get the most out of the programme and receive their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certification.
The UK-based SME offers this training programme to companies and to research institutions and universities to help them improve their management skills. It is envisaged that the partnerships will take the form of services agreements.
