A Ukrainian company specialized in the production of wine is looking for a distribution services agreement

The Ukrainian winery was founded in 1996. The company is located in the Carpathian Mountains region which has an old history of the wine-producing tradition. The region is also famous for its autochthonous grape sorts. The winery owns more than 180 ha of its own vineyards. The overall quantity of grapes from these vineyards is turned into wines in the company’s own cellar with the latest wine-making equipment. The products the company offers are: - dry red wine (wine made from selected grapes of the varieties Cabernet, Merlot, the alcohol content is 9.0% -12.0%.); - dry white wine (traditional young white wine made from grapes Leanca); - rose wine (wine is made from red grape varieties Cabernet-Sauvignon and Saperavi); - dry white wine (made from the classic French grape variety Chardonnay); - red wine (dessert red wine, made from grapes of the Isabella variety., the alcohol content is 16.0%.). The company has a shop in its wine museum, from where people can buy the company’s wine products. The company with its associates controls everything: the vineyards, the grapes, the harvest, the wine production, and the bottling. It collects samples from the vineyards and later on from the wines, and tests them at the laboratory. The company keeps the same standards of quality and this is achieved by closely observing the vineyard from the very beginning all the way to the wine production. This company has started a process of internationalization and would like to expand to other countries, preferably European countries. For this reason, the company is offering its products to distributors from other countries in order to expand the product within their respective local markets. Distribution services agreements are sought.
