The company is located in the western part of Ukraine and over 10 years of its activity has made it a leader in cardboard packing segment in Ukraine. The company specializes in cardboard cartridge case and cardboard angle production. The company offers spiral wound cardboard cartridge cases for any customer needs. The cardboard cartridge cases are used in textile, printing, food, chemical and metallurgical industry in the manufacture of various strips, films, fabrics, filaments, paper, cardboard, etc. Today the company manufactures cardboard cartridge cases of different size: with inside diameter from 30 mm to 200 mm, wall thickness – from 2 mm to 15 mm and any length. At customer’s request, the cardboard cartridge case can be manufactured with specified individual characteristics, specifically: a print can be applied on cartridge case inner and exterior surface with customer details, its logotype, cartridge case exterior and inner surface can be made in any color, the cartridge cases of individual (non-standard) inner diameter can be manufactured. The manufacturers, packaging its products on pallets, constantly face a problem of damage to package angles and edges. In order to deal with similar problems, the company manufactures protective cardboard angles according to technology, which involves using special adhesive, as well as sequential pressing and forming operation. It gives manufactured article a special resistance to shock and compression. The company offers such type of protective cardboard angles as: - L-shaped profile, which is used for protection of transport packing from spillage, protection of cardboard boxes, protection of edges and attachment of coiled materials on a pallet, protection of edges and sheet material packaging, protection of sheet material edges from contraction; - Angles with adhesive film, that allows to provide additional conveniences and make packaging process more adaptable to processing. This is a type of high-strength angle that perfectly serves for packing vegetables and fruits, including on automatic packaging lines; - Notched angles - this, due to their flexible strong design, ensures reliable protection for round-shaped and awkward-shaped products (for rolls, roundtables or other round and rounded items). It is used extensively in metallurgical, paper, furniture and other industries. Such an angle is made with a flange from 33 mm to 75 mm wide, thickness from 2 mm to 5 mm and length from 400 mm and more. At customer’s request the company details, its logo or any other information can be applied both on cardboard angle inner and the exterior surface. An outer sphere can be made in any color. The cardboard angles can be manufactured within the range of such sizes: flange width – from 35 to 100 mm, thickness – from 2 to 10 mm and any length. The process of company products manufacture, as well as raw and other materials, which are used in this process, are not harmful to the environment.
