The company is an enterprise of complete technological cycle, which has been successfully manufacturing parquet board from environmentally sound timber for already 15 years. At first, the raw wood is cut into raw lamella, then, wooden lamella and plywood base are dried and calibrated to size. Then, wooden lamella is combined with robust moisture-resistant plywood by cold pressing method. For this purpose, polyurethane water-resistant adhesive Kleiberit Pur 507.0 is used. Lamellas are manufactured from European oak. This ensures good water-resistance of finished products, as well as absence of phenols in parquet board. The parquet board face surface was made of oak lamella with 4 mm thick. When manufacturing the local European oak timber is used. The finished products are sorted according to generally accepted European classification. The company specializes in producing sufficiently rare in the market multiball wooden floor coverings, made of oak parquet board with 3000 mm long and 260 mm wide. The most standard company product is an engineering double-ball board with overall thickness 16mm, where oak upper ball is not less than 4 mm and glued structure made of three oak lamellas without using plywood of 14 mm thick.
